i always talk to everyone the same way, and it has never sent me wrong yet.

never call a manager sir or madam, as that would elevate them above me, and no one is better than me, or you, so just keep on doing what you do.

Mainly carpenters, sparks, plumbers and plasterers but if you were to turn up for a shift in a mini skirt no knickers and expect to do a bit of ladder work I'd just employ you as a motivation tool for the guys. The money's not great but they're are some perks

i generally dont call people that kind of thing anyway, so that would be somewhat out of character.

although did call a gaffer a tosser.

didnt stay in that job for too long, but then it was when he was telling me he was letting me go, so all gravy lol

Sounds like your just being yourself Flo, theres nothing wrong with that, its a big plus.

If I was interviewing you I would rather you didnt hold back as then that wouldnt be you, being you. Even if I was none the wiser at the time.
