HU(E)LL city of culture?

Surely it isn't good for the U.K. To have a city that you can only reach after you have died and been seriously bad as the city of culture?

There have been some questionable cities of culture in the past. Its all a load of nonsense and spin that no one believes.

That said, Sarah Beeney believes its a good place to invest in

Thank dog it wasn't Leicester. The council is broke and the last thing they need to be doing is spending money they don't have on more failed theatres.
