Yes i had one cut out. They botched the stitches so it looks like i have a bite mark somewhere intimate.

My friend has some cut out a couple of years ago. He went in for one but the Dr had been doing some work in Africa on different types of miles and saw 2 more he didn't like the look of so asked if he could remove them as well. My friend of course said yes.

It must be scary being told something like this but hopefully they have caught things in time and you will have it cut out and it will be fine.

It can leave a scar as for some they have to scoop out surrounding tissue too cos they have roots!

But they generally heal very well so the scar is not obvious.

I have lots if moles and have them checked bi-annually. I've had several removed already and there's another couple that are going to need doing.

I have had two skin cancers removed neither were actually a mole. the one on nose i had 3 sts. she didnt do a great job. OH had two removed one deep needed 8sts on back barely shows now. .. just get them whipped off . safest way.

I used to be covered in them had a fair few removed over the years as can be a scary thing with them

I had a mole removed from my penis. The doctor said the op went well but the RSPCA said they may press charges.
