Hi if anyone has had or still got or knows of anyone with PIP breast implants please make them aware of a meeting held in France a few days ago, TUV who are responsible for marking them safe have been found guilty of marking sub standard implants fit for sale and have been ordered to pay €3000 ( although this figure needs to be confirmed) there will be further information in the next few days how to register for this compensation.

I havnt had them done clearly. But I touched one once, am I entitled to any compensation ?

If there are any women ( or you know any women) who have had PIP implants in and unable to claim compensation from your clinic/hospital then there is another way to go, there is a group og women who have been fighting hard with some french lawyers who are taking on UK clients to add to their case that they have already won..... some of the clients have already recieved the intrim payment of €3000, if anyone wants information of how to register then please email me and I will be happy to send you the details

Ive had a few messages but wanted to bump this to try and spread the word, if you have no chance of getting any compensation through UK solicitors then the French way might be able to help you, message me if you want details
