I don’t mean a man rather than a woman or anything daft just how they are unrecognisable from their pictures.

Surprised on the odd occasion but not really shocked although we did bump into one chap who was a lot smaller than he appeared to be.

I get the few years across bit but you do recognise people usually but normally even with 10 year old pictures I would see the resemblance. It has me wondering how quickly people can change to make them not recognisable. Oh and 20 years lol bet you thought it was the parent.

That would have freaked me a bit I haven't had a meet like that so far (touch wood) but had someone pointed out to me and bet £10 they had it wrong and I lost.

I am recognisable still from my pictures as a five year old. I'm just fatter.

Its made me realise the professional style ones are probably a long way off reality. It makes me realise why the red carnation thing was done yesteryear.

hiding from cock pics.

They are just a guide, I always can first as I have had some crazy suprises comparing pics to the real person... Even people using their friends pics ( I know report.. Etc) pics 20 years ago, pics before life has added character to their face and body....

It is just a guide but somewhere to start the journey to a potential meet.

I'm another that hates photos (I've become rather adept at avoiding them over the years).

I guess it is just a 'guide', sometimes I look like shit and other times I look vaguely human and it all depends if you get me on a bad or not.

I hate having pics taken but won't meet without them having seen a current pic. I would be mortified if they walked out and so I'd rather they knew who they are meeting before hand. If they don't find me/us attractive that's of course fine but would rather know before turning up for a meet.

Have generally found people look like their pics

Ps I have bits that wobble but until there are 3D photos they remain implied lol
