Ok sitting in A&E with my wrist and strapped because....

...i fell up some stairs and landed with all my weight on my right wrist/hand

I fell off Rosie broken 2 front teeth, torn tendons in my elbow I think, in agony so cant sleep.

Serves me right for riding bareback

I once had a very bad crash rallying, the marsalls insisted I was looked at by the medics there, I was fine, till I stepped out of the ambulance and twisted my ankle

Haha I'd been stood ironing For 3 hours, had a hot bath got out went to pick my hair dryer up and it went into spasm. Had 3 days off work for it
