Two Belgian professors decided to run tests on the top 10 most borrowed books at Antwerp library. All of them tested positive for cocaine and the copies of Fifty Shades tested positive for herpes.

Gross.

I wonder why only the copies of Fifty Shades tested positive for herpes since lots of people carry the virus I'd imagine most of the books would.

Any book returned from this house would test positive for Victoria sponge

Ewwwwww

I am always borrowing books from the library or buying second hand ones. Think I am going to have to start reading them while wearing rubber gloves and a face mask.

s very unlikely that you would get genital herpes from a toilet seat, towels or indeed a book!! Genital herpes is a sexually transmitted infection (STI) spread by skin-to-skin contact. In most cases, the virus enters your body through mucous membranes — the type of skin found in your mouth, genitals or anus.

When there is something nasty going around all magazines are removed from doctors waiting rooms and there are no communal papers in hospital wards . That's because bacteria love dwelling on paper!!

Easily done I reckon. Someone with a cold sore licking their finger before turning a page.

I'm off to Dettol everything anyone else has ever touched.
