What would most people say, is the most important thing about a persons profile here to spark your initial interest in them?

Personally, for me its usually a womans pics, and most specifically her avatar. Whilst I do of course seek out women with attractive personalities, and consider them essential for a great meet, I personally need that initial 'ooh hello!' feeling from a womans profile, and the best way to get that is from a great avatar - I never search for profiles without pics.

I'd agree. Before seeing their profile their avatar either draws you in or repels you. Next to that I would say your profile name. If it's one of those "I'mgonnaripuapart" names then I won't look or reply.

I can see where you are coming from and pictures are important - that said, an interesting, well written profile text can also be very attractive. Ideally you get both.

What makes you read the profile? Something has to get you through to opening the profile. I have seen an interesting picture and then had the disappointment of a nothing profile but I am unlikely to find an interesting profile without something to draw me in.

Quite agree. If somebody, male or female posts something interesting in the forums I would be looking at pics and read their profile. If I am looking for a playmate I would instantly discard one liner profiles as I feel that we would not have a lot in common - even if their pics are fabulous.

Pics first , I'm always on the phone so the avatars arent always that clear. As said above profile names can put me off.

Pictures to start with then the profile, the forums are great so you can get an idea of the persons personality.

Indeed, and its the exact same thing with sending mails - you can write the most intelligent, witty and delightfully promising message to a woman on here, but if she doesn't feel inspired to open and read it, then you may aswell have written 'hi fancy a fuck' (omission of question mark intentional).

Brighton - even Hove!

Pics then profile text, then location, then age.

I wonder what people think of my profile? Is it inviting or rather repelling?

Seems that eyecatching pics are considered pretty universally to be the most important feature - I may have to try gold plating my penis.

Nice pics of a gorgeous body part do help, but it is usually witty banter (on cam, on forum or by message) that seals the deal.

If i'm just browsing, then a profile pic that isn't a closeup of genitalia is a good start. Usually a nice body shot, or a sexy bum.

Normally, forum posts can get me curious (both positively and otherwise)

Their title heading which hopefully gives some indication of what type of person(s),they are seeking.

If i may add my three pennyworth. For blokes, well me anayway, i guess its an avatar that hooks you in to read the profile. We are sooo shallow and horny!!(but then you ladies know that)

I am alwasy staggered by the number of people and couples who just cannot be bothered to put up an avatar and have no pictures at all and a profile that reads "hot couple looking for fun"....I just ignore them now.
