There a fair few profiles saying can't so picture due to work, do you think that your personal life should have any repercutions on your working life?

It just does and always will. Privacy and discretion always.

It doesn't matter what we think, there are certain jobs where personal life does have an effect. A couple of examples would be any roll that requires positive vetting, (that includes many military, police and civil service jobs), but I very much doubt if the vast majority of those who use that excuse to avoid post photos work in those sort of areas.

Having said that I can see how it could get difficult for Mr/Ms X if their bottom set year 10 found out that their evening/weekend entertainment revolved round swinging.

I understand that some jobs require crb checks and such, but should swinging cause any issue for work, as it not crimanl offence to be a swinger, all parties involved for over the age of concent. So why should it be an issue?

It'd all about the image of the company and if your activities tarnish that image then it becomes an issue. For the majority of people swinging is morally reprehensible.

This site provides all members with all the functions needed to protect their identity.

I simply don’t accept the “work-place scenario” as a legitimate excuse for not having some form of photograph available on here.

When I had my induction for work one of the things they talked about was putting photos of yourself on the internet not being tolerated.....I obviously didn't take much notice but that is why our face pics are private

My new role involves entertaining and the CEO asked if I was in the Masons.

I said I couldn't tell him as it was a secret.

He didn't get the humour.

Unless your doing it in work I don't think it should matter lol, I think we should all band together and put a stop to it affecting the work place. Isn't it against human rights to stop people doing what they want in their free time? Or at the very least make them think that they can lose their job over it? Haha

because it is outside the norm for society, a bit like being gay, it could leave you open to blackmail, and also to many you are breaking the law, ie, Though shall not commit adultery.

forsaking all others.

The 10 comandments, to many are the law.

Also swinging makes it harder to control people.

It mostly always does at some point. Or people could just be putting that so as to get some respite from the people that refuse to take no for an answer, who knows?

Of course, there will always be an impact between personal and professional lives.

If my clients knew what I do in my personal life of prospective clients knew, this could possibly mean loss of business for me.

Not that me personal life will get in the way of my pro life, but the attitude is somewhat looked down upon by some people and as a result, could possibly have an impact on my business
