Instead of trying to peel an orange try cutting it in half but cut it across the middle not the normal way from pole to pole. This exposes each segment in a cartwheel type fashion and you can easily pick out all the pips.

You need seedless navel oranges.

TIP This applies to any orange. Before you peel, try rolling the orange with some pressure applied on a hard surface. They usually peel much easier!
