In my own little world

Tougher than others think. I've started once more. Great for toning, stamina and strength. I do mine at the beginning of my weight training sessions. I beat the meatheads at very simple exercises. Bulk don't mean strength!!

Keep with it, you'll really enjoy it once in the swing of it.

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound

I love my yoga class. We laugh a lot and I know my fitness has improved when I can chat through the boat, plank or stomach crunches.

Yoga really lifts my mood, gives me energy and always leaves me wanting sex.

That's good. I went aching today after sleeping in the worst hotel bed ever. I hope it has helped loosen me up a bit.

I couldnt do a class as its reported that whilst doing said exercises, people are known to fart rather loudly

Not always. People rarely fart in the class I go to.

Just as well or you'd have an upward facing (dead) dog...

Upward dog is much harder than downward dog.

I go to a very select class where no one has their bottom in front of anyone else.

Central

As long as you dont force yourself or become competitive, youll likely minimise strains etc. Listen to your body, find and respect your limits and youll soon find how your abilities improve very quickly. Love yoga, a major part of my life.
