"I ache all over, I help look after 13 horses which is hard work to put it mildly and have been recommended cod liver for my joints but I think it also muscular pain. For example, I can feel my muscles twitch and often they feel sore. Will cod liver help the muscular pain too? " I recommend a good shower and sponge all over, Happy to help you with that

" cut down on unnaturally sugary stuff. Dont cut out salt, just keep it moderate. Chances are, it's just blood waste like lactic acid making you ache but it's best to build up your postassium and magnesium intake to relax your muscles more and build up on minerals." Yes, 28 is too young to 'need' joint supplements IMO, I would say make sure the refined sugars are low and you have sufficient protein and salts to do the heavy work involved with horses, and try some magnesium. I find L-carnitine good for muscle recovery.

" Ah yes, if you're crooked that can put everything out and cause all kinds of musculoskeletal problems - get thee to an osteopath!! I'm off this afternoon as I know I am still all crooked through the ribs after a fall a while back, I've been getting such pain in between my shoulders after landing on my chest and justy not got round to going.
