It's dam annoying indeed.

It's one of my personal pet hates in receiving/reading messages/posts.

Another is the excessive us of !!!! at the end of every sentence

we do understand what is being typed so these people don't have to make a statement of putting !!!!!! at the end of everything.

Writing in caps has long been recognised as the screen form of shouting so yes, if someone messaged me in caps I'd feel like I was being shouted at and would probably say so.
