Just put Rain-x water repellent on my car windows ready for the winter weather, and rain-x anti fogging on the inside of the windows, who has tried this stuff before, and what did you think of it ?

Fog x is good but rain x onthe outside isn't great with wipers. Its better used on the other windows

I use it regularly if im doing a lot of motorway miles as the rain blows away above about 40. Below that speed its not brilliant

Great for in icy weather as the ice doesnt stick

I was just going to put it on the other windows but I thought sod it I will give it a try I guess it will wear off in time if I don't like it, that fog x takes some bloody buffing up to get the haze of after it dries :-$ be worth the effort if it works lol.

Over about 30mph, you don't need wipers with RainX. That's what I've always found, anyway. Never used FogX...if it works, I might use it on my specs to stop them steaming up every time I walk into the pub!

it works better if you do the blades as well and the second and third applications give a really good effect (it seems to build up after a few goes

I use it all the time and hardly have to use my wipers on the motorway or dual carriageway.

yes that is a pain when you walk into the warm and your glasses mist up ha ha, not sure if it's safe to use on specs, go to visorvision.co.uk look at fogtech they say that is ok to use on specs, they also do a good rain repellent for motorcycle visors I have used it and it works well, that's called raincoat you will find both on youtube

Cheers fella...probably wouldn't last long anyway as I'm a bit OCD about cleaning my specs!
