If so all I can suggest is a contrast shower(30secs as hot as you can take/10 as cold as you can take x 8) My guy squats heavy 3 x week and swears by them. | |||

" I found the Ultimate (for me) work out for my thighs last week.. I rode lee facing away while playing with other guys.. only a short time.. and I've never had such an instant bum lift lol.. It only stopped aching yesterday...lol So I will stop doing squats and do our fuck yourself fit stuff lol Cali | |||
