People setting up false profiles here and other sites to catch out their cheating spouses ? I have come across one where she actually told me after I sent a face pix that she was trying to catch her boyfriend who she suspected

Not on here, but have a friend who knew her (now ex) had a profile on a dating site and suspected he still used it, so she set up a fake profile,,,and bingo ,,he messaged her

We see quite often people setting up profiles for themselves and their partner and then as soon as crunch time comes they disappear or remove themselves from the site! Smell like somebody didn't get permission from both parties! :p

But some people actually do have legit concent to sleep around, and some people are legit! Just gotta take the rough with the smooth and keep on fabbing! C x

quite possible but i'm asking about people that set up profiles for that reason

Yes there may well be some people who create profiles for that purpose….!.

The emotional distress created by the thought of betrayal could easily lead a certain type of person to act in all sorts of ways some of which seem rational and some that don’t …

This has been used in evidence in divorce cases, and is a great way to confirm a hunch or idea you may have.
