remote control life !! ?

Was just listening to my kids bickering with each other over nothing ! And though wouldn't it be nice to have a remote control for my life !!! Put them on mute !!!!

So made me think how great life would be if I could replay, fast-forward, mute, pause etc other parts of my life ..... So question is if you had this what function do you think you would use most and why

I would probably use pause most of the time for thinking time or have a sleep or to just mess around But would that not make me grow older than everyone else if I'd do that?
