Voicemails

Just heard someone's voicemail message that they use for work and got me wondering - Do you use yours? And if you do, do you have a funny, standard, or boring 'work mode' message that greets people?

Mine is currently off (I think!) and would be the standard network message they have

I hate voicemail, I never set up my own. The default one works fine.

Its the first thing I turn off when I get a new phone. I f*****g hate it.

Default one on mine...... Not a lover of voicemail, I don't even like leaving messages, I am more likely to hang up and send a text asking the person to give me a call when they are free.

Mine says Hello, waits a few seconds then goes into the 'leave a message' spiel. Catches most folk out.

lol, I had one years ago which made out I couldn't hear them then said "For god's sake, just leave me a message"

I seldom answer my phone when it rings and let it go into voicemail, therefore mine is on all the time.

I have a bit of a phobia about voicemails. For years my mobiles didn't even have the option, just said the phone was switched off and try again later' or just try again later. No one left me voicemail, friends and family knew they couldn't (and because my phone is on silent all the time just text me anyway) so now when I get them its people trying to sell double glazing/ppi claim back/upgrade something I don't have or don't need...the last people in world the want here messages from!
