Do they count?

How do they work? Is it Skype or msn messenger? I admit to using my phone more than a pc so only have limited site visibility so not sure if there cams on here.

you use the chatrooms on the main site.. and to verify they are a real person i guess youd ask them to hold up a certain amount of fingers.. just dont do it in a non directing room, else you'd get a ban haha

Admin says the FAQs are out of date, and men can be verified by webcam.

However, a webcam very just shows that people go on chat/cam. Fine if that's all they want to do, but not useful for finding out if they actually meet.

yep, think veri's should only be from actual meets.
