I spend most of my time in trousers for work or jeans the rest of the time.

On the odd occasion that I wear a skirt or dress then yes I would wear holds ups rather than tights.

Can't get hold ups big enough for my tree trunk thighs, but will occasionally wear stockings and suspenders on meets (fishnet as they stretch)

I don't envy women. Blokes in offices are generally in suits or certainly shirts/ties so it's easy to get dressed for work. But women it must be a nightmare. Can't wear the same outfit twice in a week etc.

M and s hold ups are great I'm a very big woman and these are great for me x

I have a problem with stockings and susenders slipping down but never hold ups. You need to make sure your buying the right size x
