For a man:-

Learn the art of good conversation. Listen attentively and always have sound advice IF asked.

Learn to entertain, be that with jokes musical skill or whatever method.

Buy the next round.

Spend many years cultivating a large group of followers.

spend hours a day sculpting your body in the gym.

Do all of this by the age of 34, by 36 you will be past it.

For a woman:-

Take off knickers, drop them in centre of table.

OR learn to make the perfect Victoria Sponge, take it to the nearest social, best also take a bar of chocolate for the deviants
