This just seems crazy to me.

Each to their own, people know the risks its upto them if they take them, i know a few people personally who meet on here and after a few meets they decide they trust them enough to start going bare, i would never trust anyone who was willing to fuck me bareback not matter how many times we have met, being a fuck buddy don't make you immune to infections and if they are willing to fuck me bare don't tell me they arnt offering other playmates the same deal

but lots do this and that's their choice

Going off on a slight tangent - if you knew someone you were considering meeting played BB, would you meet and wear protection or politely decline and move on?

I'm in the decline and move on camp but how much faith do we put in protection?

The way we see it is that is everyone's right to make a choice. If that's the choice they make then fair enough.

Is it for us? No way. But that is our choice

At least if it is on a profile you can make an informed choice so that can only be good

No, I wouldn't. If someone says they play safe then I suppose you have to take their word and continue playing safe, but wouldn't be involved otherwise. Call it daft/personal preference/self preservation or whatever, but just not a road I want to travel down.

Amazing isn't it. Always the same on here when this subject comes up, everyone gives the expected answer. Some will be being truthful, some won't. In away I admire those that admit to playing bareback for their honesty and not caring about being shotdown.

Of course they're "safer"! They're just not 100% protected, but 90% (or whatever) chance less of catching clap is safer by any definition

I've played with some who prefer bareback - and I know they play bare with others who will, I protect myself as much as possible with condoms and regular tests - so far, so good. Come the time I catch a dose whilst using a condom, then I'll consider only playing whilst wearing a hazmat suit and full breathing apparatus

This topic repeats often. I hate condoms and if I am in. Normal.one to one wont use them but only if the lady is happy and we are in a relationship of sorts. On Fab contacts its a 'hoody' on every time

Mosy people I have met are very safe sex oriented and long may that continue. Snipped too takes away a worry or two....

I have met maybe 30 or 40 people on here and probably a third play bareback ...look at my veris ..the people i meet are very attractive usually middle class nice people ...i do find the holier than thou procrastinating attitude re safe sex brigade on here slightly annoying . Sex is a risk but a very small one in comparison to the risks we all take every day of our lives . I have slept with around 1300 to 1500 hunderd women ball park estimate and have never contracted a sexually transmitted disease ...lucky ? yes but a risk im perpared to take to enjoy the wonderful frission of feeling truly close and intimate with a woman ...a clossness that can never be replicated with so called safe sex

That seems exceedingly lucky.

I never really cared about protection when I shagged around when I was younger and ended up catching something. It was horrible and I wouldn't like to go through it again.

There have been profiles of women purposely asking to be impregnated. I question their authenticity but you never know.

Some do. I have a friend who has serious side effects to other forms of contraception but she and her hubby are still considering another child. So until they decide that they don't want any more and he has the snip they use condoms.

I've never caught anything ever! Not oral, anal or vaginal...the risks are different for everyone, if yer a worrier? Then by all means...suit up if it makes ye feel better, but that doesn't give you the right to call others "stupid" or "irresponsible" for making their own EDUCATED choices!!
