Somehow Luke has managed to get red candle wax on a pair of his light trousers!!

Now do I just put them in the wash as normal? Or do I need to do something to them first? Will the candle wax come out?

Try brown paper over it and then ironing it. Or stick in freezer till goes really hard then iron over brown paper after picking hard bits off first.

A warm iron and bloting paper. It may take a few goes but eventually it will come off.

What I want to know is ....how did that candle wax get on his trousers??? Were you attending chruch and an accident happened?

So I need to remove the candle wax before I pop them in the washing machine? I have baking paper so will give that a try!

I'd use kitchen roll - the more absorbent the better. And yes, do that before washing.

Once you remove the wax, with either brown paper, kitchen paper, etc. Rub in some washing-up liquid, as it will leave an oil mark. Then spray with a stain remover before washing in the machine. Don't be to shocked, if it doesn't go completely though

Yes moral if the story is..........

Don't wear light coloured trousers to a party, or if your going to indulge in spontaneous candle play.... Remove trousers first

I have used the kitchen roll and iron technique they are now soaking in stain remover as the wax has left oil splodges

Scrape off exessive wax hot iron and kitchen roll,wash trousers dry then throw trousers in dustbin.simples.
