I have smoked since I started working at 13yrs old so 30years x and eventually I have found something that works for me 'echo-d' there brilliant,this pic is me smoking it in a pub on a meet with a non smoker lol

U charge them up,put a flavoured oil in them I have apple at mo,a non smoker can only smell a vague fruity smell if up close ,u can't really smell much as just let's of a harmless vapour,I'm on a 16mg at moment,then few weeks I will drop to a 12mg then 8mg eventually to 0mg

I have friends using them and doing really well, I'm smoking the odd rollie and doing ok so hopefully I will kick the habit in few mths,I only take the echo-d out with me,so if u see me I be puffing on that lol and people smoking cigarettes around me dosent make me want one,its great

I would recomend them to anyone trying to give up,is anyone else using them here and how are u getting on? I've been on it since monday x

Hi , would always say share your giving up , if your still having the odd roly thats just giving you the nictotene fix your brain needs . look for the local stop smoking group, it does work as mrs minxys been of them now for nearly 4 months and a smoker for well 30 years .

Tried so many times on her own but they really do help you . And please never try the ELIGHTS they are worse than actually smoking , look at whats in them

I'm doing the same. I'm on raspberry flavour at the moment. With just the odd roll up first thing in the morning.

Been on mine for 2 weeks now and from a 30 a day smoker to the one smoke and my puffer I'm realy enjoying it.

Its only a water vapour that your. Exhaling too

The echo-d is giving me nicotine without the extras,the rollies are giving me the habit I still need for now,6 fags yesterday not bad compared to over 30 in a day is much improvement,stopping something completely makes the desire more with me,as the real craving is sorted with the echo-d cig

I couldnt go to smoking counciling its not for me but well done to MrsM

Six is still very good going. Well done you.

I am on 24ml strenth juice so that's realt does do the trick for me.

Plus my inhaler thing is a eGo v . You can change the voltage from anywhere between 3 and 6 volts depending on the strenth you require.

Look on line for the liquids there's loads out there

And keep it up x

I've got a cool tobacconist that got shelves full of flavours,I'm sticking to him for now,buying me oils online mite end up getting high lol thanku,that 24mg be too strong for me a mate had 32mg I coughed and splattered

Been on mine a year now.

I have a 'vision spinner', means I can turn the voltage up or down to get more or less smoke.

I smoke:

Chocolate Caramel

Strawberry mix mint

Blueberry

Couldn't stand the tabacco flavours.

I dont understand why my mates are asking 'when am I going to give this up'. I have no intention of.

I still get a normal hit from smoking herbs in the evening and I use Golden Vagina in that. So havent full quit but cut 90% out of it, currently playing a lot of 1st team sport, Im fitter than I have ever been.

I hope I ween myself of my echo-d at some point in future,sounds like there just as addictive

I dont see the problem with 'having to give up my electric fag'.

Its not harming me or others as far as I know and costs me about £4 a week.

You wanna go in the shop and ask for '12 and a half grams of Golden Vagina please' I do it so straight faced and the server is usually to shy to ask 'sorry what did you just say'

has been using hers for about 6 weeks, and last time i saw her she hardly used it at all.

still has a smoke when she goes out for a drink, but she says thats part of the habit thing (not so much for cigs, but she equates having a drink with having a smoke and until she can stop that its not going to change)

she started smoking again about 6 months ago after stopping for 18 months, so she is doing well

good luck to all giving up

No there is no harm in it at all,I'm going to buy the necklass holder tmoz because keep putting the thing down and I'm scatty I dont want to lose it x

Its called a 'Lanyard' I think, or at least I think thats what they call them down here.

They need to bring one out with a 'whistle recognition' thing. You whistle it beeps.

Im lucky as my body warmers/jackets alway have an inside left pocket, made for mobile phones but great for e-cigs

Oh is it lol I be alrite if round my neck I wouldn't have to whistle for it

I bin told to stand it up,rather than on its side in a pocket,it ok when got coat on it got long pockets lol

I just have to sleep/ have nooky standing up when got it on

been using them for around 2 year now, buy my bits and bobs from hong kong for about a third of the price here, all the same brands too and free postage is included, also make my own juice so barely costs me anything.
