As for the lump, from the fab info and goggle a match has been found. It seems to be a sebaceous cyst, which can be removed. He could have it removed and i aint even going to bring it up as it's on his penis, his penis, no knife zone to all men.

I tend to try and stay away from playing with people in work, apart from odd urges, just isn't worth the bother.
