Hot Shower and Lovely Bones

Just had a fantastic hot soapy shower after a chilly session guiding a my pals from work round the forest on a mountain bike ride.

I'm off out this evening with my FabSwing buddy to see 'The Lovely Bones' at the cinema.

Barring accidents, near perfect day! My best wishes to you lot for a good weekend too. XXX

No mtb'ing for me today, did 35 miles/2421ft ascent road ride instead - 2.5hrs then had to do the housework

Still, off to the pub now so i can put back all those calories!

It's not me showin off Shaggy, that's the lovely Sara with her massive hill climbs, physical endurance, top biking skills and sexy underwear!
