Bed sheets

How often do you change your bed sheets? I currently do it once a week at least but have been called ocd by a friend.

He pointed out that it is only me in my bed, I shower once a day at least and wear jammies so shouldn't need to do it weekly. I currently house share so drying them is going to be hard during the winter.

Once a week is the norm for me, and I have similar habits to you, minus the pjs, never wear them!

Sorry but OCD would be changing them daily. We lose skin, sweat etc etc so weekly isn't that often

I change them 4 times a year, the secret is to have brown ones, so they don't show any skid marks,

every saturday me sheets go into the washer and then the dryer ...come rain or shine

I change mine once a week, I have to do my daughters every other day as she wont sleep in sheets that have been on more than two days, its all down to preference I suppose

If the weather is nice I put em on the line and bash em with a hammer. It's far quicker.

My bedding is always ironed as well
