I sometimes find myself at the end of my rope, and things go wrong that are quite small but because there are so many of them they build up into one great big pile of poo, sound familiar ?

What do you do to get rid of all the stress ? Something non sexual unless you could be here in the next ten minuets lol, I'm running out if ideas

Yoga or boxing usually. Boxing if I can get to the gym before I explode, yoga at home or work.

ring a friend and talk....

That or citalopram but that takes 4-6 weeks to kick in so might not be good for you

"Now I hit the gym and push myself hard x "

The only thing that keeps me sane sometimes is my daily crosstrainer sessions. An hour on that burns it all off

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound

I try and find something to make me laugh. I sing. I do yoga. I pop bubble wrap.

Try meditation too.

As another poster has said, ring and talk to a friend, or just go for a walk.

Sometimes its not that simple, Andy has a short fuse and when something sets him off takes him a long time to calm down, took him to explode to get the police to actually come and help us

I have started meditating .....just taking that time out and sit somewhere quiet with a relaxing cd on...(headphones)

....it can be very theraputic.

Why not look into doing something similar ....it helps

Look for a charity that helps the vulnerable

Wether that be animals or humans then volunteer

Once you realise just how easy we have life your small worries are put into perspective and you will start to see things differently

Very good for the soul and more importantly you be doing something worthwhile !

citalopram stops me being ridiculously moody, but doesn't stop me brooding or having paranoid thoughts. And I could brood for England.
