"Signed up to this Insanity workout and today is the first day i'm going. I don't know what to expect - i'm dreading it. But, it's time i sorted myself out. ![]() I have it, but I haven't tried it - it works, I've seen the results but it wont be painless. That's why I'm sitting on it for a little longer. "Where has this craze come from? Not heard of it and today this the 4th mention! Fit for what exactly? Doubt it will help my competitive sporting choice, training at that sport will. ![]() It's been around ages. The guy who does it has a few different DVDs out. It's pretty hardcore. | |||

"Like everything else you start. .start with baby steps, but keep on at it. If you have this program then why not give it a try. Do your best each time but stick at it. I did it a couple of years ago and it transformed my rugby and martial arts ability. I've recovered from a back injury and its now a basis for getting my fitness and strength back. Been at it for two weeks so far. Watch this space lol ![]() I am ![]() | |||
