Having to do things you don't like.?

My girl come out of hospital I am looking after her here and I have to inject her in tummy or leg to stop blood clotting now I really hate needles but no one in my family will do it ... I was shown how to at hospital yesterday how too. Just have to do it and I will some how just can't tell her make out I am fine with it all . So you had to do things you really did not like to help others. If it was cleaning her bits be fine or sick , lol can do all that.

Im sure you will be ok.....its the first one which will be the worst .

I am more concerned as to health of your girlfriend rather than you. Grow a pair and get on with jeeze

i dont like cleaning up sick, i dont mean baby sick, luckily my sons never been sick. i dont like blood if my hubby cuts himself i have to look away, the only time my son cut himself there was someone else there to see to it.

i think if you have to do it you will though, just concentrate on doing it right and talking to them, to stop you thinking about yourself.

Its my daughter and I will do what I have too ..... I just hate to think I may hurt her not doing it right and hate needles as like her we have deep veins and to get blood and things they have to do it now in our feet now .

Jo I would be the same I didn't like taking my lad for his injections id be scared too but just take a deep breath and do it. It'll be fine im sure xxx

I know I am thinking like that .It has to be done and my phobia of needles I will face .It come from them making my arms black and blue as have deep veins .

Just take a deep breath, mind and pinch the skin and it will be easier than you think, if your unsure phone the staff on the ward she was in for further advice.
