We are watching This Morning and one of the topics coming up shortly is about fantasies with one woman saying she believes it is cheating.

Andy has a fantasy about nailing Britney Spears in her Baby one more time video and I have one about Leonardo Dicaprio.

Fantasies are not cheating in our opinion.

I don't think it's cheating no.

Someone might be a little upset if for example you fantasised about shagging their brother/sister etc as it's a bit close to home but still not cheating.

I don't have a partner so I'm safe with my fantasy of being locked in a room to be abused by Eric, Jason, alcede from true blood

I think its healthy

I wouldn't class it as cheat as I wouldn't class watching porn as cheating

I think both are acceptable things for adult to do

seeings as many fantasies involve a famous individual, that generally people have no chance with (for the sake of location rather than looks or anything superficial) then its fine to have fantasies.

however, for those that do not involve celebrity, there would be a place for a partner in there, ie group sex or 3somes, so again, fantasies are fine.

to me, if your partner has nothing to do with your fantasy it may be a rocky ground to share it, unless your other half truly is open minded and doesnt mind if you fancy others without involving them

No.. looking at others and having a fantasy is not cheating... it's healthy.. and normal but then I know a woman that thinks watching porn is cheating and thinks her husband thinking of anyone else is infidelity..

Thinking and doing are two different things, although someone may be unhappy that you are thinking about something, it is imaginary until you do the deed.

I think any relationship that couldn't discuss this in an open way is probably going to have problems. What if you are caught looking at someone in the 'wrong' way?

That doesn't mean you have to share the fantasy but just acknowledge at times both of you may think of something else.

The man that replays the cricket scores to keep going a bit longer is also having a fantasy.

Not as such no cheating is scarring out the act licitly in our book without your partners knowledge.
