Some companies open up at midnight for one hour only to sell a new item that is out that day and no other purchases can be made apart from that item. What is your view on opening up for that 1 hour?

As you can tell I am bored, lol

I think its insane but the there's nothing that I would be so desperate for that couldn't wait till morning.

I know a load of people who were waiting at midnight for various games the most recent being GTA V. Not my thing so you wouldn't get me out in the cold waiting

Book shops used to open for Harry Potter new releases. They wouldn't do it if nobody turned up

Surely for anything so 'sought after' they'd sell out pretty quickly the following day during normal trading hours, so I've never understood why stores bother! Especially when, like you say, they can't benefit from additional purchases...

I think it's mad. I'd have to be desperate and then I'd want to do the weeks shopping while in there

It annoys me when they have a cracking offer on (like a litre of Baileys £9) & every store you go in has none. Boils my blood I swear they have crates of it out the back
