Steak - Ribeye cooked rare

Pork - Belly slices or ribs, BBQed and covered in my own BBQ sauce

Lamb - Breast or ribs, BBQed with a spice rub

Did I mention I love BBQs?

Has to be organic and extremely fresh and lean.

I will not buy if i do not know the origin of the meat and am prepared to pay a good price for it too.

I wont skimp money wise when buying it.
