Throughout school years and my time in the ATC (Air Training Corpse) i often used to participate in fundraisers but as an adult those things died out but this year i'm actively setting up and running an event for Children in Need and feeling highly motivated and positive about it..

What have you done recently that you proud of and felt a sense of achievement?

evesham

i volunteer at 2 different places, oe of which is taking up 2 nights and 1 morning this week! did not plan well!!!)

I have also decided o enter a 5k run for sport relief which has already had a positive effect locally as my dad has started wanting to get fitter and mentioned the possibility of a mini triathalon next year with me. I would love to enter a race with my dad!!!

I visit 2 nursing homes with one of my dogs and spend a couple of hours, chatting and listening to peoples memories. I certainly don't feel proud about it, just a warm fuzzy feeling when I see people smile for a few minutes, as they remember the good old days
