Made it all the way through Stoptober without smoking *apart from one little incident which we don't talk about* however I'm gonna keep going with my e-cig and try make it all the way through to next years stoptober. Who else is super proud of themselves now it's November? x

Well done and kudos.

It's probably about time I quit smoking, always nice to hear someone else has managed.

Well done and keep it up. I stopped at the beginning of June with the help of an e-cig. Not once have I had a real cigarette. So chuffed with myself as I never thought I could do it x

I started a little late but 3 weeks gone for me... still class myself as a smoker though as I'm still dependant on my e-cig but one step at a time
