I've forgotten how to skip!

or rather I've lost my rythmn. I used to be able to do it when I trained regularly.

Anybody got any tips to regain the knack?

I think I'm not throwing the rope fast enough? Surely it will come back to me?

I joined a circuit class couple of weeks ago, but when it came to the skipping, I couldn't do it.

Nearly broke me fookin neck

yes, it's Jack, lol. Kate has difficulty getting airborne these days.

Try dancing to some music at home to kick start your sense of rhythm again perhaps?

Practice forward skips and backward skips at first to get your rhythm back, then speed it up a little

Why dont you just jump up and down on the spot, and pretend to have a rope in ya hands, saves breaking your neck
