Steak dinner tonight, and thanks for reminding me to take it out of the freezer.

Bought the steak last week and did not eat it as I had too much food in the fridge.

Just home from a fabulous four days away and popped pork joint in t'oven so all trimmings n vino later

Just had a nice bit of pork, loads of crackling , brussel sprouts , broccoli and beans with roast potatoes .

Also a nice Rhubarb and Apple crumble that Mrs J made with some apples from the tree in the garden .

Currently stuffed !.

Had a roast chicken where the meat just fell off the bone, tats, parsnips, carrots and broc..... I'm stuffed though I still have stuffing if anyone wants it
