sorry guys, not swinging- related (well, suppose it is in a roundabout way lol). Anyone having problems with Tiscali as service provider brosdband, for internet connection?

Our PC's all seem to be running very slow on T'internet and we on Tiscali. been like this for over a week now, when you try to find speed rating on their website we getting 519mbps but we paying for 2gb download speed.....not happy bunnies!

The trouble with Tiscali, BT, Talk Talk etc and their internet service is that although you may be paying for a 2gb service if you look at the print it says UP TO 2 gb. the reason for this is because the speed of your service is determined by how close to the telephone exchange you live. The further away from it you are the slower your speed will be.
