"Depends on which engine and if there's any other damage. The head has to come off and be cleaned and skimmed, the block will also need cleaning up and the cooling system with likely need flushing. You'll need a new timing belt, head gasket, stretch bolts and a few other ancillary parts. Expect around 8hrs labour and no change from £600" This ![]() | |||

"Go on eBay and look for a product called steel seal, it's only £30 and if it doesn't work they will give you your money back, it work for mine so got to be worth a try" Using that can cause more bad than good unfortunately. Same as rad weld that people put in. Seems like a cheap solution but ends up costing a lot more in the long run. | |||
