Not sure what programme it was, but was at a friends the other week and it came on telly about how vagina cosmetic surgery is becoming quite popular and on the increase. Women are having them tidied and tightened etc

Firstly I'd like to know how do you become a fanny surgeon ;p

Secondly what's people's thoughts on it...would you consider it? Has anyone done it? Or are you happy with your already lovely spam butterfly?

Ps If any ladies want a free consultation it's part of my training...trust me I'm a trainee fanny doctor ;p
