I'm a fairly patient person. Appointments running late at the doctors or dentist etc I'm not pacing up and down getting annoyed. I don't mind queuing for things etc.

BUT deliveries to my house of things I really really want when they haven't given a time just the day and now it's 3.15 and still no sign when my friend got hers at 7am!!

Aaaaaaarrrrrrgghhhhh....

I completely get the OP - I am very patient with people, patient to the extreme. I am not pacing in surgeries either.

But when I have been given a delivery window of one or several hours I do expect the delivery to happen in that window or at least a phone call that it is not going to happen and a reschedule to suit me!

Nothing worse than waiting around for something or somebody to show up, at least they didn't tell you they would be there at 7am, and not show up. It is a pain when they don't specify a time, if you pop out to the shop you can almost guarentee they show up and you'll miss them.

I was out of the house for 4 hours this morning. Was convinced id miss it but had to go out as had other appointments. Should receive a text to say its nearly here but nothing yet.
