b) say you're fine

c) tell him you would be even better if you were in the middle of a steamy scene

d) ask him how his fiancée who he had an affair with is?

I'd use it as an opportunity to mess with him. Start your reply with something like "I'm glad you got in touch, my doctor has told me to contact all my previous sexual partners, we need to chat" and then leave it. He'll shit his pants
