I had a freaky dream last night I dreamt that I was being haunted by a poltergeist.....it was freaky I know it's to to with being unsettled which I am...however have you had any freaky dreams

I had a really short very realistic dream last weekend where my two children were on a little boat ride from one side of a river to the other, only about 20m each way. When the boat turned my youngest fell over the side and disappeared under the water like a stone. I was glued to the spot unable to do anything.

Then I woke with a jolt and my heart pounding. It was awful

I've had several really strange ones recently but if I remember them at all, which is unusual, it's often only for a few minutes after I wake.

I'm then left with the memory of having had a strange dream but not recalling what it was about.

I've considered that but I'm not sure I want to remember them. I see them as the way my unconscious mind processes things. Perhaps they ought to be left there rather than being introduced to my conscious mind. Maybe there's a reason I don't remember them.

I already over-think things so adding dreams to the mix might not be a good thing.
