Was an educated guess, are you sure it's not called the Crosby Oval?

Or am I mixing that up with that cricket ground in London?

I used to live on Myers Road West. Never noticed any swinging but then it was 25 years ago. If there is a swinging circle in Crosby it is a very pleasant place to have one.

There are a few party circles up north from Liverpool to Hull but its usually by invite. You never know who is watching here though
