It's not considered rude on here, if someone just deletes the message then just take it as a thanks but no thanks.

I know when I've sent no thanks messages in the past I get "why?" and they try to convince me I'm wrong, sometime leading to abuse. So it's quicker & simpler to just delete & not get into it.

Getting wound up about it will just ruin your experience on here, just move on to someone that does reply to your messages.

Maybe they read your profile and they don't meeg smokers or married men or you're just not their type. Really in the big scheme of things what does it matter?

And how many messages would they have to send like that? I'm probably only interested in around 10% of those who message me. That means for every 100 I would have to send 90 'no thank you' ones.

I don't have time for that.

If you repky no thanks to someone it removes all filters you may want to add later for that person.

also not everyone accepts a no thank you gracefully.

if you cant just accept a no reply as a no thank you then this prob isnt the site for you

Being the psycho stalker that I am, I have sent more messages than I have received.

I have no issues with a message being deleted with no reply. A thanks for your message is nice, but then why should people who have not asked for you to send them a message feel to start the thanks but no thanks ping pong.

You then send a thanks for thanks for your no thanks message, then they send a thanks for your thanks for the thanks but no thanks message.

Confused you will be after this episode of fab forums.
