I've found some of the better cava's are good. The acidity stings just enough to tingle, The bubbles when stimulated in the mouth, tickle and it's great to drink when you've finished.

This is not classed as fun with food is it -

light and full of fizz is always the best. better than a full bodied red unless you have the steak to go with it! white wine is fine anytime
