Im about to head home from Birmingham. Then its out to Mansfield, then home, then possibly out again to darlaston. Tomorrow Im off to sheffield, back home then back out to Birmingham

Two lots of stock in the making: one for making pea and ham/bacon soup by boiling up the bones from a couple of bacon rips; the other for savoury chicken rice with dried shitake mushroom and dried scallop.

Apart from making soup and rice later, nothing planned except to walk the dog and more sleep.
