yes, you just swish them around your tongue until the sugar is dissolved, then swallow it whole.

i have done it, but s its an awful waste of a fruit pastel as you get nothing from it lol

Try getting a finger of kit kat . Bite of the top right hand corner then the bottom left hand corner . Place it in your coffee and suck through like a straw . Crumbles in your mouth .. I really need to get a life
