song suggestions for wedding dance

Doncaster

We are getting married next summer and Rob can't dance at all which doesn't help as we have to have the first dance. However we know a guy who will teach us step for step for our dance, so romantic suggestions for a slow first dance would be very welcome.

Learn the waltz, then pick your song - Simply Red's - If You Don't Know Me By Now is a nice one. Congratulations btw

Thank you for the congratulations believe it or not we don't have a special song

Some brilliant ideas, Rob loves Rod Stewart. However his music is still 70s and 80s so anything more modern is welcome

When I got married we had Lou Reed - Perfect Day.

Which for some reason was followed up by my friends dj'ing with Northside - shall we take a trip. Think they were trying to tell my parents something about our young student lifestyle maybe.

Every Breath You Take - The Police...still shocks me how many weddings I've shot where that has been the first dance!

Should have followed it up with Golden Brown by The Stranglers for a perfect heroin double act!
