can't sleep

Anybody else out there who can't sleep, 1st night off in a week n been up all night gotta get ready for a day shift in an hour grrr

Can not sleep either, often wake at 3 in morning wise awake,

same here went to bed at 11pm up at 1 .30 am cant sleep in work from 6am for 11 hrs.i`.. be tired in another hour lol

i haven't even ventured to bed, couldn't see the point, I've even turned my alarm off now, would have been going of in 20 mins any way lol

I know the feeling come to an end of 5 nights one day off then back in on day body tells me I'm fucked but can't sleep on nights grrrr -

that's exactly the same as me, finished at 7.30 wed mornin n have to b gettin ready at 4.30 this mornin

I have often gone to work without any sleep, after cross over from nights to days.

Body clock is a mess.
